Ultra-High Stacker Crane

Huade stacker crane products have been developed and manufactured for more than 15 years, the performance and quality of such products have reached first-class level in domestic market. Beginning in 2020, Huade spent nearly two years successfully developing an ultra-high stacker crane with the lifting height of up to 40 meters, and completely solved the swinging problem of stacker crane that has been affecting the entire industry.

In order to continuously improve the performance of the ultra-high stacker crane and better meet the needs of customers, the company has invested in the construction of a 40-meter-high experimental center, which is specifically used for testing various performance indicators of the ultra-high stacker crane in the running (including WMS and WCS software)

• The laser positioning method is adopted which ensures high the positioning accuracy;
• Photoelectric obstacle detection;
• Mechanical anti-collision detection;
• S-curve motion control technology is used for horizontal walking, vertical lifting, and telescopic fork to ensure very high stability under high-speed operation;
• The control system has a built-in anti-swing program, which can effectively control the swing of the ultra-high level;
• The laser range finder calculates the speed of the stackercrane in real time and monitors the movement status.
