Full Inline Snack Processing Machine to Packaging

This machine is suitable for PVC, PE, PET, HIPS, PP and other plastic sheet ,which can be used to produce different shaped containers. Combined with pneumatic, mechanical and electric, this machine can achieve automatic continuous working from feeding sheet, forming, demoulding, ection cutting to stacking. Using PLC control system makes the machine working more reliable. Dual-chain feeding device with photocell control is used to achieve stable and reliable feeding. The width and length of feeding can be stepless adjusted accurately, which suitable for the arrangement of different moulds to raise the utilization rate of sheet. Two-step vacuum, double-stroke die, demoulding by vibration and vacuum delay, which achieve to make the products of large depth. The machine can use negative mould or positive mould, It is convenient and easy to replace the mould. Machine equipped by heating system with upper and down heaters which apply hollow far-infrared heating pieces. Divisional temperature control system makes heating process economical, even and easy adjusting. With wind cooling and water fog system, so as to work continuously without water cooling inside mould, especially suitable for production by non-metal mould. Equipped with dual-shaft material loosing device, section-cutting and stacking unit, to improve production efficiency.
